Hill presents sheets of the commemorative Juliette Gordon Low stamp to Judy Seiler and Marilyn Wood, Santa Monica Girl Scouts, while Mrs. Alice M. Seiler, public relations chairman for the Girl Scout Council, and Betty Werner, look on approvingly. The occasion was a feature of National Girl Scout Week. The stamp honors Miss Low who founded the Girl Scout movement 36 years ago in Savannah, Ga."
