Description Workers construct a prefabricated house in Santa Monica. The attached article states "Model of prefabricated home now being manufactured in Santa Monica taking shape yesterday at southwest corner of Pico Boulevard and Wellesley Avenue. Designed by Kenneth N. Lind, Santa Monica Canyon architect, the house can be put together in a week's time after the foundation is in place. It meets minimum building specifications. Designer believes it will prove boon to families requiring low-cost housing." The sign says "Production Line Structures - Nationally Publicized - Two Bedroom Model Home - Under Construction - Open for Inspection Soon - Howard McCarry Agent".
